Our Foundation

Empowering Communities, Restoring Lives

Who We Are

The Isaiah Marshall Foundation is a nonprofit organization born out of a personal journey and a deep commitment to health equity. Founded by Isaiah Marshall, a prostate cancer survivor, husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, and pastor, the foundation is rooted in the belief that early detection and accessible care can save lives.

Guided by compassion and a drive to address critical health disparities, we work tirelessly to empower underserved communities. Our mission is to create opportunities for health education, provide free screenings, and support individuals through mental health and substance abuse recovery services.

When we empower one life, we uplift an entire community. Together, we can create a healthier, more equitable future.

About the Founder

Isaiah Marshall is a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, and pastor with an unwavering commitment to serving others. His personal journey as a prostate cancer survivor fuels his passion and dedication to making a difference in the lives of underserved communities.

Having experienced firsthand the life-saving impact of early detection, Isaiah founded the Isaiah Marshall Foundation to promote health equity and empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being.

Isaiah’s deep-rooted compassion, coupled with his leadership experience, drives the foundation’s mission to address critical health disparities affecting African American men and other underserved populations. Through innovative education, accessible resources, and community-centered programs, Isaiah is working to foster healthier families, stronger neighborhoods, and a brighter future for all.

Our Mission

At the Isaiah Marshall Foundation, we are dedicated to fostering health equity in urban communities, with a special focus on African American men. We aim to eliminate barriers to healthcare and empower individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Our mission is simple:

  • Promote Early Detection: Through free health screenings and education, we aim to catch illnesses like prostate cancer early.

  • Advocate for Mental Health: We work to break the stigma and provide accessible mental health services.

  • Support Recovery: Our substance abuse programs are designed to foster resilience and hope.

Our Vision

We envision a world where health equity is the norm, not the exception—a future where every individual has access to the resources they need to thrive. By empowering communities and promoting early detection, we aim to build stronger families and vibrant neighborhoods.

What We Do

The Isaiah Marshall Foundation is more than just a nonprofit—it’s a movement to transform lives and bridge gaps in healthcare. Our foundation focuses on three core areas:

Health Education

We provide workshops, digital resources, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about prostate cancer, mental health, and substance abuse.

Neighborhood Screening Centers

These community-based centers offer free, convenient screenings to ensure early detection and prevention, bringing healthcare directly to underserved neighborhoods.

Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services

We offer outpatient services, counseling, and recovery programs to provide individuals with the support they need to heal and grow.

Why It Matters

Health disparities in underserved communities, particularly among African American men, can have devastating consequences. The Isaiah Marshall Foundation is here to change that. By addressing barriers to healthcare and providing tailored programs, we are creating lasting change in the lives of individuals and families.
